at Toronto's Trane Studio as part of the Toronto Jazz Fest.

Brownman recently returned to Toronto after a hugely successful 2-month
odyssey through Latin America; which began at the Havana Jazz Festival
in Nov '05 and continued though Mexico, Belize, Honduras, Guatemala,
Nicaragua, and back through Belize, Mexico and Cuba where he recorded
with Cuban timba legends CHISPA Y LOS COMPLICES before returning to
Canada in mid-Jan '06.  His in-studio performances will appear on the
next release from the group, due out in Europe , the U.S. and Latin
America this summer.

Back on Jan 28 Brownman & CRUZAO, featuring Panamanian reggaethon
sensation FITO BLANKO, tore up Nathan Phillips Square for the WinterCity
Festival's "Sizzling Hot" series.  Look forward to more collaborations
between Brown and Fito under the guidance of noted producer El Sensei.
Brown will appear on the upcoming El Sensei release featuring Fito,
Brownman & Tef.  CRUZAO is currently in the midst of recording their
highly anticipated second release.  Watch for it!

Shortly after returning from the South American tour the BROWNMAN
ELECTRYC TRIO began a new jazz residency at Buffalo's ultra hip Allen
St. Hardware Cafe, appearing every second friday in the month.  All of
